Intermountain Wind, LLC is a developer of electrical generation and transmission projects. Intermountain Wind is currently developing six wind projects and three transmission projects. These projects are located in Wyoming, Colorado, and Idaho and represent a potential of as much as 1.4 GWs of electric generation and more than 500 miles of high voltage transmission lines.
Intermountain Wind partners with landowners in the Rocky Mountain West to create economically viable alternative energy solutions to leverage the region's powerful wind resources. These solutions deliver superior economic returns to landowners while protecting the beauty, environment, and ranching potential of the land.
Intermountain Wind works with a diverse group of stakeholders to structure economically superior returns for wind energy investors. These stakeholders include financial partners, construction and operation companies, environmental groups, state and federal regulatory agencies and land owners. By working with all concerned stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle, Intermountain Wind is able to anticipate and address potential challenges before they become insurmountable.
