Each of Intermountain Wind’s projects are in design and permitting phases. Intermountain Wind is currently fundraising to facilitate the development and completion of its pipeline of projects.
The Boswell Springs Wind Project is located approximately 30 miles east of Medicine Bow, Wyoming. This project area covers approximately 24,000 acres, or 38 square miles. It has been sited for a potential 1,000MWs of wind energy generation.
The Double X Wind Project is located on roughly 25,000 acres of private land 25 miles west of Cheyenne and one mile north of the Colorado border. The project area has been sited for a potential 700 MWs of wind energy generation.
The Black Canyon Wind Project is located 5 miles east of Idaho Falls, Idaho on approximately 600 acres. Black Canyon is fully permitted to generate 20 MWs of wind power and has an interconnection agreement in place with PacifiCorp.
Intermountain Wind has land rights to three additional wind project sites located in Wyoming and Colorado. These sites represent Intermountain Wind’s commitment to maintaining a sustainable pipeline of projects to guarantee investors consistent long-term returns.
Intermountain Wind is working with landowners and regulatory agencies to develop three transmission projects to deliver the generated wind power to market.
